At Better Baby Deals we process and send orders Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays), Australia wide.
Delivery
- All purchases over $100 which can be transported via Australia Post are delivered for free in Australia.
- Purchases under $100 incur a $5 postage fee.
- Large Items such as cots and furniture which cannot be sent by Australia Post are free delivery in Western Australia only.
- In other states, delivery charges may be incurred for extra large items. We will contact you before processing your purchase to notify you of any delivery charges.
- Items out of stock at the time of purchase can, in extremely rare cases, take up to 12 weeks to be delivered. We will contact you to notify you of any delays as soon as we receive your internet order.
- Orders can only be shipped within Australia. We do not ship to other countries.
Payments
- Credit Cards are not debited until orders are ready for dispatch, unless notified.
Returns
- Please contact us prior to returning a product
- You are covered by our 30 day satisfaction trial period - If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked
- Postage Charged (where applicable) for items sent is not refundable.
- Please return products in their original packaging.
